Worship Cast
Simple Help
Easy Guide for Worship Teams
WorshipCast helps one person control the slides while every other screen stays in sync. Share this page with volunteers and team members who need a quick explanation of how it works.
What WorshipCast Does
WorshipCast is for churches and live events that want one simple place to prepare slides, go live, and control the display during the service. One person runs the session, and all viewer screens follow along automatically.
Who Uses It
Operator
The person running the slides. They prepare the session, start it, and control what everyone sees.
Viewer
Anyone looking at the public display link. They do not need to log in. The slides update automatically.
Getting Started
1. Create your session
From the dashboard, start a new session and type or paste your song lyrics, readings, or notes.
2. Adjust the look
Pick the font, colors, text size, alignment, and spacing that work best for your screen.
3. Go live and share the link
When you are ready, start the session and open the public link on your projector, TV, or confidence monitor.
4. Control the service live
Use the Operate tab to move forward, go back, jump to a slide, blank the screen, or switch directly to a blank slide when needed.
5. Export if you need a file copy
Use Export PPTX in the editor header if you want a PowerPoint version of the session.
